Change of Status Approval Checklist (Non-Canadian Citizens)

 

A “change of status” approval means is that your status will automatically change. No further action is required to activate the status. However, the next time you travel internationally, after the “change of status” effective date, you will need to apply for a visa stamp before you can re-enter the U.S.
