To better assist an attorney, we may share their clients’ information with them or vice-versa. We may also facilitate communication between a client and attorney, for example by facilitating attorney-client calls.
Contact. We use your information to send you marketing communications, communicate with you about our Services and let you know about our policies and terms. We also use your information to respond to you when you contact us.

Attorneys. If you are working with an attorney in using Legalpad’s Services, we may share your information with your attorney to facilitate provision of the Services. We may also share an attorney’s information with their clients.
Law & Order. We may disclose your information to third parties if we determine that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with the law; (b) prevent fraud or abuse of Legalpad or our users; or (c) protect Legalpad's property rights.
