What is the TN and Who Qualifies?

The TN work visa is a temporary work visa option for citizens of Canada and Mexico in specific roles. Most TN visa occupations require a bachelor’s degree, plus specific requirements for each occupation. These specific requirements can include years of experience, college degree, and certifications. An immigration attorney can help you determine if the TN is the right fit for you or for your employee.
